Moving
house and my UK secured loans repayments? |
|
| |
|
| If you are planning to move
home and already have a loan secured upon that property then it is important to
speak to your loan provider before any plans are finalised. Usually lenders will
make an assessment of your future financial situation and the value of your new
property and on this basis decide whether or not it is feasible to transfer the
loan to the new home. In most cases your lender should be able to arrange for
a hassle-free transfer unless it occurs that you have little or no free equity
in your new home. If you are considering a move it is a good idea to speak to
your secured loan provider as soon as possible just so that you know how the land
lies and discover how your move could affect your borrowing. |
YOUR HOME IS AT RISK IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON A MORTGAGE OR OTHER LOAN
SECURED ON IT |
